Doris Kwesiga

Ms. Doris Kwesiga who was appointed Assistant Lecturer. Ms.Kwesiga was one of the members of the pioneer MHSR Class and graduated in January 2011 with a Master of Health Services Research degree. She also holds a BachelorÔÇÖs degree in Social Work and Social Administration, attained from Makerere University. Ruth Mubeezi Neebye

Mrs. Ruth Mubeezi Neebye is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Disease Control and Environmental Health. She holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Health from Makerere University and a Masters Degree in Environmental Science from Wageningen University (Netherlands). Ruth specializes in the areas of Environmental Health: Water, Waste water and solid waste management technologies, Environmental health Policy, Environmental Systems Analysis among others. William Bazeyo

William Bazeyo is an Associate Professor of Occupational Medicine at Makerere University College of Health Sciences, School of Public Health and is currently the Dean of the School. He received an MBCHB from Makerere University and M.Med in Occupational Health from University of Singapore, Singapore. He has been teaching in the University for more than 20 years and has done research and Published in several areas including Health Care Financing, Leadership and One Health. Esther Buregyeya

Dr. Esther Buregyeya is currently a Lecturer in the Department Disease Control and Environmental Health-School of Public Health, College of Health Sciences, Makerere University-Kampala. She trained as a Medical Doctor (MBChB) from Makerere University, Uganda in 1998. She later did her Master of Philosophy in Health Sciences (Occupational Health) at the University of Bergen, Norway in 2004. Her research focus is on TB and HIV. Read more about Esther Buregyeya

Kenneth Mugwanya

Dr. Kenneth Mugwanya is Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Disease Control and Environmental Health at Makerere University College of Health sciences, School of Public Health. He is a graduate of Makerere University Medical School. He holds a masterÔÇÖs of Science in epidemiology from Case Western Reserve University. His research interests are epidemiology of Infectious Diseases, particularly HIV and HSV-2, hepatitis B, and Malaria. Read more about Kenneth Mugwanya
