Mr. Saul Kamukama (Bsc. Food Science & Tech, MPH) is an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Community Health and Behaviour Sciences at the School of Public Health Makerere University College of Health Sciences. He has a Masters Degree in Public Health and a Bachelors Degree in Food Science and Technology from Makerere University. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute. His teaching and research interests are in the areas of Foods/Nutrition, Industrial Quality Assurance and Regulatory Services, Health Systems Management and Community Tailored Programming.
